Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mumu pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or perform a direct size exchange for the perfect fit.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
